We specialize in using the The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment and facilitating MBTI® workshops for individuals, teams and organizations. | We provide individuals with one-on-one management, leadership, communications, and business coaching. For teams, we use the Stellar Team Diagnostic, a unique model specific to team effectiveness, measuring 14 success factors related to team effectiveness.
